At a recent meeting of the alumni association the following awards were presented. Attending in person to accept an award was Felipe Reyes.
Jackie Vix-Heart of the Warrior Award – After Jan’s introduction of Felipe Reyes to the group The Jackie Vix Heart of the Warrior” Award was presented by Gary Vix, brother of Jackie Vix”, to Felipe Reyes, FUHS Class of 2021. Felipe was excited to accept He was introduced and presented the award. He was excited to accept the award and will let his friends and family know about the association. He is a shift manager at Jersey Mike’s in Fallbrook.
Pat Grevatt Scholarship — Leila Elliot Chisholm-Reyes; Jim informed us, her family has had a terrible tragedy, and they recently lost their home from fire. Jan called Leila’s mother and all is well. She had received the paperwork before the fire and turned it in to her school. So, we should be hearing from her school soon. Leila is already enrolled and taking classes.
